If you’ll be offering samples, you’ll also need to download the Sampling Permit Packet from the Laramie County Health Department. This permit is required specifically for sampling and is different from the regular food vendor permits. There is a $25.00 fee for this permit, and all submission instructions can be found on the first page of the packet.

Additionally, a Food Wagon Stand/Pushcart or Mobile permit is required if you’re providing samples of any food or drink. For more information or assistance, contact the City Clerk’s Office at 307-637-6329 or email cityclerk@cheyennecity.org.

2026 Superday Food Vendor Registration Form

Download Superday 2026 Food Vendor Registration and return it to Jackie to secure your spot.

Parking for Superday at South Lions Park will be limited, particularly in Cheyenne Frontier Days (CFD) Lot B. Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead by utilizing alternative transportation options such as carpooling, biking, or walking when possible. Additional parking may be available in nearby areas, but spaces are expected to fill quickly. Please allow extra time for parking.

ADA Handicap Parking will be available in CFD Lot B. Golf cart shuttles will run continuously between the ADA parking area and South Lions Park to assist with transportation into the event.
